Do some refactor work and make it ready to add RBAC.
Rename AuthenticationConstants to SecurityConstants.
Rename AuthenticationError to SecurityError.
Rename AuthenticationHandlerFactory to SecurityFactory.
Add Authentication package in org.apache.sqoop.security etc.
