I am working on role base access controller framework for Sqoop
2 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SQOOP-1763) and the design doc is
uploaded into wiki

It is a pluggable framework, which needs to integrate other security
component, such as Sentry, Argus etc., to implement the full feature, since the
default implementation is FAKE and always returns true.
