Related to the main ticket SQOOP-1168 to provide integration suite enhancements
to test for delta changes in FROM and TO.
One possible use case
1. Use JDBC as FROM
2. Use HDFS as TO
Run a job with configs set to produce a delta read from JDBC and delta append
in HDFS.
