Summary: Problem with Teradata input table with TIMESTAMP columns

While transferring data between Teradata and Oracle databases, exception is
thrown in case of Timestamp column type.
(This is similar problem to SQOOP-2564, but here the exception is thrown from
loader, not from extractor)
