Since we're adding a new module it make sense that we don't have base available
yet.
The patch is porting existing Sqoop 1 connector to Sqoop 2 code base. I've
carefully reviewed the new integration points with Sqoop 2, but I did not do so
thorough job with reviewing rest of the connector.
