[~venkatnrangan] I have updated the review board with the patch that ensures
Phoenix tests run only when the Hadoop version is 210 and HBase 98.
I have noticed hbase tests fail for 0.98 v as the supported Hadoop version
seems to be 2.2.0. (https://hbase.apache.org/book.html#Hadoop) . Would you
consider setting the default Hadoop version to 2.2.0 ?
