Description: mapred.map.max.attempts is
deprecated(http://hadoop.apache.org/docs/r2.4.1/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-common/DeprecatedProperties.html).
We need to instead, use mapreduce.map.maxattempts for the SQOOP-2055 fix.
