SQLServer manual tests should be a part of the 3rd party test suite as well as
MySQL, Postgres, Oracle and Cubrid related integration tests. This inclusion
would make sure that these tests runs too during integration tests brining
information to the developer by failing fast/running successfully. (was: Based
