[~ahaidrey], the latest patch on ReviewBoard for this JIRA is more than 4 years
old. The change would need to be rebased to current trunk first and then
reviewed. It's hard to tell the difficulty of that, the history of the affected
files should be checked at least or one could try the rebase itself to see how
many conflicts would pop up.
[~njw45] are you still interested in submitting this patch? If no, I think it
could be taken over by someone who would be interested in doing the rebase and
the necessary updates.
