Thanks for the reply, it was not clear from the Wiki page that it's a PMC
only duty. ( AFAIR it's not mentioned there )

Two things we have to do :
- Close the release in the jira
- Add 1.4.7 to dist.apache.org and delete 1.4.6.

After I'll be able to send out the announcement email.
