It seems the ontologymanager integration tests are failing due to the
entire suite of service components not activating. I've opened
STANBOL-1393 in that regard.
On my current setting ( Windows 7 x64, Java 7, full launcher) this
traces back to the TcManager not being active, and the reason why is an
unsatisfied reference to a GpWeightedTcProvider (which is rather new to me).
In my setting there is only a
org.apache.clerezza.rdf.file.storage.FileTcProvider and it provides a
WeightedTcProvider but not a GpWeightedTcProvider.
This by the way also causes entityhub tests for the DBpedia referenced
site to fail because the ClerezzaYard is not up for the same reason.
But then again, it might be my system. While I see if I can try it on a
Mac, do you know of any radical changes to the TcManager structure that
could have led to this?

After this update and all the other changes related to the
Parser/Serializer initialization the trunk build looks now much
better. There are only two unit tests of the Ontologymanager Registry
module that fail. In addition also 3/4 of the Ontologymanager
integration tests do fail because of "404 Not Found" of the server
side services. So to me this looks like an issue with the
Ontologymanager. Would be good if Alessandro could look into that as
he should be much more familiar with the code.

I continue on working on the Stanbol Build. One problem is also that
the commons/owl, reasoning and rules module still depend on very old
(pre Apache) Jena versions. I am currently in the process of updating
those. This will also resolve STANBOL-621

After some try and error, I finally found the issue. The newest
Clerezza version does no longer support

parser.bindParsingProvider(new JenaParserProvider())
outside of OSGI one has to use
private Parser parser = Parser.getInstance();
This method will use the ServiceLoader utility to initialize a parser
instance with all serializers available in the classpath.
