Could this be useful mvn clean install -Pno-snapshot-dep ? If you use an IDE ( NetBeans ) you may get a different output than command line.
I've pulled mine from https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/stanbol/tags/apache-stanbol-0.12/ as that I'm thinking is stable. This from http://stanbol.apache.org/downloads/releases.html . If there's better please let me know.
