version 0.10.0-SNAPSHOT is really old. I will not be able to help you solving issues with such an outdated version. I recommend you to use the 0.12.0 release or the current 0.12.1-SNAPSHOT. I am not a windows user, but AFAIK this is related to your Firewall blocking local loopback connection as used by the Java NIO API. I recommend to do a Google search about this issue and the security settings & anti virus software you do use on your machine.
