Hi, This is related to the Zemanta engine. It complains most likely because it has no Zemanta account configured.
You need to search for things related to genomes. You should have a SolrYard, Cache and ReferencedSite configured. One or more of the three was not correctly started. If you used the Indexingtool to create the index those will be named `geonames**` so it is usually the best to search for mentions of `geonames` in the log file. The best is to (1) shutdown Stanbol, (2) delete the log file and (3) start stanbol afterwards. After that you should have recorded all genomes related initialization messages in a relatively short log file.
