Thanks Antero. I have installed open refine with RDF extension. After watching some of the videos I found that they import the custom ontologies to created the RDF version of that.
I don't have such ontologies for my excel files. It just contains description and terms for that description which should be extracted as tags. e.g. Id Term Description 24312 ADHD Clinical information for mental health professionals on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, ADD and ADHD in children and adults, and more. I am stuck here and not able to find how to proceed further. If anyone can help me on this.
