The board will ask whether Stanbol has 3 active PMC members who can become active if needed, for example to handle security reports and make the corresponding releases. If you can find out before the board meeting it would be good to add that info to the report. In general having somewhat inactive projects is not a real problem, as long as there are 3 active PMC members, so it's good to include that info. Ciao, -Bertrand
