Hi,

here is my draft for the report so far:

Status report for the Apache Stanbol Project - December, 2017

Apache Stanbol provides a set of reusable components for semantic content
management.

The project is in a kind of sleep mode. People are involved in other activities
and do not find that much time for Stanbol at the moment even though
community members reported to use Stanbol on a regular basis.

The board checked that at least three PMC members are still active and
available. That is still the case so there is no urgent action required
by the board.

Since the last commit was pushed in March there is no work happening
towards a 1.0.1 release at the moment.
