Just like Apache Gump. The Foundation does not care about the *reach* of a project. If it doesn't go beyond the Foundation's walls.. that is okay. The Foundation exists to provide communities a home to work on their projects, as long as they work as proper Apache communities. They should make forward progress towards providing code to the public (per the Foundation mission), but there is no timeline. (there are many TLPs that crawl along, or haven't released in years) We operate publicly. Our repositories are open.
