[~naggarwal] for storm-slider package we have storm-slider command line utility
that uses slider registry to figure out where nimbus running and to deploy
topologies. If you don't have access to it I can provide a PR for it. Other
than that I don't see much use for storing nimbus or any config info in
zookeeper.
