STORM-845 Storm ElasticSearch connector
This PR is about introducing another external module, storm-elasticsearch.
At this moment, it contains two basic bolt, namely, EsIndexBolt and
EsPercolatorBolt, and trident state, also basic test cases for them.
It will be very nice to have it included in Storm, since ElasticSearch is
one of the greatest open source search & storage engine which is widely used.
Please review this and merge to master.
