Taylor, Unfortunately I found that STORM-996 also affects 0.9.x-branch while running test on archived source code.
I merged STORM-996 to master and 0.10.x-branch, but I forgot to check 0.9.x-branch since its affects version(s) was set to 0.10.0. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM-996 I'm backporting STORM-996 to 0.9.x-branch now, so please wait a moment and prepare a vote again.
