Two big comments to start out with.
1) could you rebase? We just merged in the blob store and there is a
conflict now.
2) The design doc looks great, but there is no documentation with this
patch. Could you update the docs to include information similar to the design,
but also explaining how to configure and use these features?
Going to start looking through the code now.
