How can i know if my error is storm bug or not ?

i got in the supervisor that it couldn't extract resources from
/storm/supervisor/tmp/dc3736f0-a830-4914-92b2-9f485b197be2/stormjar.jar

so is it bug or error ?

can i find help urgently in this ?
i searched but didn't find anything solution
