storm-starter: Guide JDK version to later than 7
Apache Storm doesn't support JDK 6 from 0.10.0 and later.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/HeartSaVioR/storm fix-suggest-jdk-version
