    cpu.share might be not a good choice. We had a testing before. The real 
usage of cpu for a process can not be limited as expected in some scenarios. 
e.g. there are two processes which have same cpu weight configured, and the 
node has 2 cores. It is expected that each process occupy 1 core. If the load 
of these processes are similar (occupy similar cpu cores), the control of final 
usage for each process  is good by cpu.share. Then, if one process become idle, 
the other process can occupy all cpu cores. It will not be consistent with the 
configuration in RAS.
