STORM-1724 Fill up lacking contents to Metrics documentation
Please keep in mind while reviewing that this is written by not native and
good writing skill for English.
So you may want to correct many places which are wrong or weird use of
vocabulary, grammar, nuance, and so on.
This PR is similar to master (#1354) / 1.x version (#1355) but remove
non-exist classes (introduced at 1.0.0) and address package name difference.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/HeartSaVioR/storm STORM-1724-0.10.x
