STORM-1950 breaks classpath of storm-kafka-monitor.
Classpath doesn't work with wildcard and filename prefix/postfix. It was added
for purposing to prevent other libs to also included as classpath, but it just
doesn't work. My bad.
We should fix classpath to specify full filename path or directory/* pattern.
