Summary: Remove Show System Stats button and refactor UI
accordingly

Removing the button and instead refactoring UI to distinguish between system
vs. user stats gets us:
# no need to switch back and forth between showing or hiding system stats, it
is all in one screen at all the time.
# less logic in core and stats dealing with the sys filtering
# consistency fixes that will come as a result of this (at times we hide system
workers, but we don't hide system executors, etc.)
