@satishd proper beam support cannot happen until underlying storm
primitives are enhanced and the windowing enhancements which has been pending
is completed. This a big task which we can discuss separately. The prototype I
was mentioning is just a proof of concept with the proposed api to see how it
goes, when I get some cycles. This PR definitely need not wait on this and we
can mark the apis "unstable" and release it sooner once the review is done.
