STORM-2301 [storm-cassandra] upgrade cassandra driver to 3.1.2 * Also modify the codebase since driver itself is not backward compatible with 2.1 I tested this with Cassandra 3.0.9, but I'm beginner to Cassandra so there might be missing points in point of tuning's view.
