STORM-2618: Add TridentKafkaStateUpdater for storm-kafka-client
* Added TridentKafkaStateUpdater, otherwise users have to create a class
themselves.
usage scenario:
```
stream.partitionPersist(stateFactory, fields, new
TridentKafkaStateUpdater(), new Fields());
```
