I'm OK to turn off this while running benchmark (with notification), but if
we also want to turn off by default, I feel we need another benchmark result
for that. This will not help micro-benchmark (as you stated 20% reduction) but
will help multiple tasks on a component, and latter is the basic of normal use
cases of end users.
