Last commit removed `LOG.debug()` from `chooseTasks()` and squashed
commits.
@HeartSaVioR @roshannaik @govind-menon I think I am finished with my
debugging and performance testing. Could you please take a second look if you
get a chance? Thanks very much!
@roshannaik Just want to let you know that I didn't test ConstSpoutNullBolt
with ACKing disabled since in that case `spout_avg_complete_latency(ms)` will
be zero which seems not useful to my testing. Please let me know if you have
any suggestion. Thanks.
