## What is the purpose of the change - Upgrades to Zookeeper 3.7.0 (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM-3817) - Upgrades and adds required third party dependencies ## Additional notes I did not upgrade Curator to 5.x as this breaks exhibitor support and I don't know, if this is a commonly used and required feature. ## How was the change tested I did run a full build (clean install) on a Ubuntu 20.04 LTS system. However, I was unable to exectue the `unix_py_tests` as there is insufficient documentation available. Looks like the developer documentation is rather outdated. I hope, that a CI/CD server (Jenkins CI or Travis CI) will build this PR to indicate, if the upgrade has a negative impact. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
