## What is the purpose of the change - Upgrade to SnakeYAML 2.0 as suggested in https://github.com/apache/storm/pull/3516 - Fixes related compile errors due to removed default constructors - Adds a workaround for `storm-cassandra` -> we need to take care of it some day and update this external module to a modern version of cassandra.
