Hi again, I took the liberty of updating https://github.com/apache/storm/blob/master/RELEASING.md with some of the not so obvious problems I had when generating the binaries and uploading the artifacts. I would like to apologize for doing this in 4 commits instead of one, I mistakenly commit to the main repo instead of my own fork. The intention was to open a PR. Let me know if there is something you want me to change.
