Hi folks,

I have posted a 1st release candidate for the Apache StormCrawler 3.5.1 release 
and it is ready for testing.

The most notable changes are the docs bundle included as well as a lot of 
dependency updates.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this release, including all of our 
users and the people who submitted bug reports,
contributed code or documentation enhancements.

Please note: If you are building from source and run the SOLR unit tests, you 
need to ensure to have an up 2 date Docker version.
The current setup only works with a quite new Docker client version.

The release was made using the Apache StormCrawler release process, documented
