Hi Anand,
The documentation in [1] is actually based on Apache Stratos 4.0.0
release therefore you should refer to 4.0.0 branch. We have made some
improvements to Puppet structure in master branch and currently in the
process of updating the documentation in [2]. Please refer to the mail
thread with subject "puppet changes on master require new
documentation in the wiki 4.1.0".
