I renamed the "Patch Application Process <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/STRATOS/Patch+Application+Process> - Edit" page to "Patch Application Process <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/STRATOS/Patch+Application+Process>" and deleted the previous page with the same name.
