Hi All,
I have completed the meta data service as per the initial design[1].Please
find the source of this service on "metadataservice" branch of the
following git repository.

+ Currently this service used the data store as WSO2 Governance
registry.This is integrated using the factory design implementation as we
can easily switch to any other meta data store instead of the WS02
Governance registry if needed.
+ This service can be packed in a Stratos it self or can be run as
a separate web application.
(Above GIT repository it is packed in the Stratos application it self)
+ Currently it uses "metadataservice.xml"(newly added one)
configuration file to do its own configurations.
Example : to configure governance registry type, G-Reg server
URL, credentials,trust certificates etc
To integrate this metadata service with the grouping services feature,
AFAIU we need some changes with the current topology and payload. Will
start the new thread to discuss those things.
