Hi Chamila,

Please check the port values in LB's axis2.xml file. (in
<LB_HOME>/repository/conf/axis2/axis2.xml),
      <transportReceiver name="http" section

I think those values are set via puppet. So you will have to configure
those values in puppet master accordingly
