Fix was to make AWS-EC2 module not to depend on Stratos version of
EC2-tests but Jclouds version of EC2-tests. I know this is not the most
accurate way to fix it, but since this is a limitation in Jclouds build and
we don't want our users to build with tests always, we need to fix this way.
