Reopened this JIRA to update the doc based on the following feedback Isuru
Perera sent via email-
"According to my experience based on vCloud testing, "jclouds.wire" is not
enough. We also need "jclouds.headers". It would be good to have
"jclouds.compute" logs as well.

We also need to prepend "log4j.logger" to jclouds logs as well. In the wiki,
that prefix is missing."
