Found that we didn't loop the "ApplicationChildContext" in
the startMonitor() as we are missing the outer cartridges. I added that fix
with commit 9a47826e87bab537e0a461559a25e3c3a4b23314. Will check further
with other samples, if they have any impact with that fix.
