Currently Stratos feature verification process needs to use a real
Infrastructure as a Service platform. This is a very time consuming process due
to the time it takes to create a VM/container image, start the VM/container,
install software, fix any orchestration issues, etc. I think if we could
extract a generic IaaS interface in Cloud Controller, we could implement a Mock
IaaS which could simulate basic features of an IaaS required by Cloud
Controller.
