Based on the steps documented in [1] I tried to pull the Docker image from the
Docker hub on the minion-1 node and the master node, but even after more than
one hour not even part of the image got downloaded.
However, when I tried to download the beta image it got downloaded without a
problem and the download progress was visible. Therefore, there seems to be
some issue with the php:4.1.0-alpha image. Please look into this.
