Mariangela Hills updated STRATOS-1306:
--------------------------------------
    Description:
The following issues were identified:

1) Normally the 204 HTTP status code should be returned when deleting. However,
when executing DELETE /applications/{applicationId}/signup the 200 HTTP status
code is returned [1], which is incorrect.

2) Normally a status message is returned. However, no such message is returned
when executing DELETE applications/{applicationId}/signup. A status message
needs to be added at the end.
