    Changing the get available kubernetes logging

    GET /api/kubernetesClusters prints an error log "Could not find any 
Kubernetes Clusters". Therefore it has been changed to debug log to state 
"There are no Kubernetes cluster available".

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/Vishanth/stratos logging

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/stratos/pull/299.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
