I successfully added a cartridge and was given the success message in the UI.
However the UI doesn't list the cartridge created and therefore when trying to
create a cartridge group, there are no cartridges shown (except for the default
unspecified cartridges.)
The issue might be that the cartridge created not being saved properly. There
are no back end errors shown that there is a failure.
