CEP 3.1.0 uses siddhi-core_2.1.0.wso2v1 and org.apache.stratos.cep.extension
4.1.0 is currently using 2.0.0-wso2v5 which is corresponding to CEP 3.0.0.
Attached diff updates the siddhi-core version to newer one and adapts to a
minor api-change in the new version
